Admin editing another user's listing - FIXED IN V3.0

I have just noticed that there are some issues with the class\Action\Offer.php edit() function when an admin uses this to edit someone else's listing.

In quite a few cases, such as payment methods and check on whether the seller is an adult (and can therefore list an adult listing), the code still looks at $this->context->loggedUser, rather than $offer->item->user

This does need tidying up.
