Invoices and bidding

Post by bamse » Wed Jan 22, 2014 6:15 pm

I am somewhat confused (since I did not use the invoice system before), so the following questions are perhaps silly:

1. class/Invoice.php is only for fees, and not for payment of lots?
2. class/UserPayMethod.php is for payment of lots (and not of fees)?

Yes that is correct.

On the standard Enuuk, there is no facility for the seller to submit an invoice to the buyer.

the Invoices class is purely for invoices sent by the system for fees incurred on the site.

the userPayMethod class is however, slightly more complex - as it is used to allow sellers to set what payment methods they accept for their items listed on the site.
However, the payment methods set up by the admin account, are then what are used for payment of fees.

The lack of invoicing between sellers and buyers is why we implemented the enhanced payments module - viewtopic.php?f=11&t=95
