The site emails have never been very standardised, and unfortunately, when new emails are released, it is rare for the initial release to include the various languages.

We have amended the MailNotificator class to add a standard footer to all emails, saying where the email is from and what to do if you have received the email in error (as the footer on the emails is nowhere near standard).

The other issue is around the start of the emails - some lack the Dear <#name#>, which is used to reassure the recipient that the email is genuine. Also, some of the English emails use Dear xxxx, some use Hello xxxx - we have therefore standardised these to all read Dear xxxx

What other issues have people found with the emails - and can anyone improve on their own language versions?
